No bag, No worries! Are you feeling awkward whilst shadowboxing? 😬

Shadowboxing is one of the most useful training regimes in a fighter's arsenal, but it's not incredibly beginner-friendly. From a newbie's perspective, shadowboxing looks silly: a bunch of jerky head movements, hissing breaths, and half-punches without any rhythm or reason.

Forget the mitts, heavy-bag, or speedbag; In this beginner’s guide, you’ll learn how to shadow box properly to improve your footwork, timing, distance, power, defence, hand speed, and inside boxing ability.

❗Advantages of Shadow Boxing

1- Shadowboxing is "step one" in boxing's "hierarchy of learning."

2- Shadowboxing lets you work on the little things - especially balance!

3- Shadowboxing lets you practice probing punches

4- Shadowboxing gives you footwork freedom

5- Shadowboxing requires no equipment
